About Kimberley
Hi and welcome to my site. I just wanted to let you know a little about me and how I came to get where I am today.
My initial career and experience of seventeen years was in the corporate arena: management, business and product development, sales and marketing, coaching and staff development, and facilitating training modules.
My personal journey and career changed in 1993 when my daughter died. The loss of her passing had me explore my relationship with self at depths I had never been to before. In 1996 I was involved in a car accident which resulted in massive physical pain and rehab for three months. These two events were my catalyst for change.
I have been in my thriving private practise since 1999, joyfully supporting individuals in the process of change.
My Purpose is to inspire, educate, and support all individuals to become consciously aware of their unlimited potential for greatness, living a life of choice, vitality, beauty and courage, fitness of mind and flexibility of body.
My Vision is to bring greater awareness to the link between unresolved trauma, stress, grief, loss and emotion, and how this manifests in the physical body, affecting our health and wellbeing.
