“Kimberley was recommended to me by a friend during a period in my life where I felt void of hope and angry about my circumstances, which felt beyond my control. “When I saw Kimberley I was nursing a knee injury that I had had for 5 months. As a Bikram Yoga Instructor it was causing me a lot of frustration as I was unable to practice my own yoga and teaching with a limp was not a good look. I could not even stand up for long periods of time as I was leaning all my weight on my other leg. My injured knee had been dislocated and had torn ligaments and muscle around it. It was in a bent position and I could not get near to straightening it. I was seeing a physiotherapist but unfortunately had little result.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery
I came to Kimberley with the intention of ‘standing in my power’. In the past I have felt easily wobbled from my centre, I often gave away my power and felt weak, emotional and not living to my full potential. I felt Kimberley could give me some direction in how to regain my power and feel strong within myself again.
A lot of this powerless feeling came from feeling the need to protect my mother, to please her and not hurt her. We have had this relationship since before I can remember. I haven’t really felt like I could grow into my own woman.
Over the next few months a lot changed for me. I felt amazing, strong in my power. I felt an ability to make decisions without checking in my head about how my mother would feel. My relationship with my mother shifted also. I stood my ground on many occasions and expressed the need for her to recognise, I am my own woman who can make my own choices, that she can trust my judgement. I come to her with love. I feel completely like I am living my life in a way that only makes me feel free, true to my path and all women!
